Can you imagine?
Having multiple sclerosis means that one morning you may not be able to walk when you wake up. Or that you may suddenly have impaired vision. Or that your memory will fail you for no apparent reason. The symptoms of MS are many and vary for everyone.
I can imagine this because it happend to me. The morning after my father passed away I lost most of the use in the left side of my body; I walked with a small limp and I could not hold my daughter in my arms. This is a feeling that I do not ever want to experience again.
I walk for a hope that a cure will be found for myself and for all who suffer with this disabling disease! I am very fortunate that I feel good now and hope I remain this way for a long time.
I am very thankful that I have a wonderful group of heroes that join my team every year and walk beside me.
...a future without MS is what I pray for
I am part of the MS Walk because I believe we will end multiple sclerosis - with your help we can get there. Please give generously.
