Hello to all!!
It's finally spring and with spring comes the MSWalk. This year is my 22nd consecutive year and the 2nd year of the Pandemic version of the walk.
On May 30, I will be taking a walk around my community with my cohort, as if I were walking at the organized event. I will be walking for all the reasons I have in the previous 21 Walks I have done - to raise money for MS supports and research, and because I CAN!!
21 years have passed since I was diagnosed with MS. It is hard to believe it has been that long!
My fundraising goal is $1000. With the pandemic, I know it may be difficult to consider donating when the world and such are so chaotic, but if you are able to support me, it is greatly appreciated!!
No matter how much money I raise, the awareness I raise is most important.
Feel free to join me on May 30, wherever you are!
If you would like to formally walk with me and my team, you can register with the MStical Movers. If you have trouble finding it, let me know.
and my new Team the MStical Movers!
Did you know??
Canada has the highest rate of MS in the world. Every day three more Canadians are diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, an unpredictable illness that affects vision, balance, memory and mobility. We don’t know what causes MS and there is no cure.
Your support means Canadian families who are affected by this disease do not have to face MS alone.
When you donate to my fundraising efforts for the MS Walk, your funds are invested into research to find the cause and cure for the disease, while providing services to Canadians with multiple sclerosis and their families.
Thank you all in advance for your committment and support of me in my fight to end MS.
