Why I’m lacing up
I was diagnosed with MS in 2004. The diagnosis came as quite a shock to myself and my family. Thank goodness I had great support and advice going through the initial phases. My MS is in remission and I feel very fortunate to have been so lucky to not have been impacted more by this unpredictable disease. I know that others are not so lucky and have been seriously impacted by MS. Please either walk with us or donate to support further research into treatments.
Every day 3 more Canadians are diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, an unpredictable illness that affects vision, balance, memory and mobility. We don’t know what causes MS and there is no cure, but I’m walking to help change lives.
Your support means families in our community who are impacted by this often devastating disease do not have to face MS alone.
