Jenny From The Block

Hi Everyone!

My name is Jenn and I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2016. Optic Neuritis was my symptom to finding out I had MS. My left eye went to 50% vision which lead to more testing and eventually into a scan to show it.

My support over the years have been INCREDIBLE! My family and my boyfriends family are my world. I used to be so nervous to tell people I had MS and what they would think. I thought telling people I had MS somehow made me seem broken and that no one wanted that.  I'm here to show you it doesn't one bit!!!!! YOU MATTER , YOU ARE AMAZING, KEEP FIGHTING!

I am so sad we haven't had the MS walk in 2 years. I cant wait to see all the different teams and everyone's support systems in life <3 It really makes you feel the love from everyone and to meet some amazing people. Having as much support is the goal to help and to help you learn.

Thank you for Donating, Supporting Or Reading my story! If you ever need to talk with someone I am here :)

Love Always ; JENN

Canadians have one of the highest rates of MS in the world and, on average, 11 Canadians are diagnosed with this unpredictable disease every day. We don’t know what causes MS, and we don’t have a cure. Yet.

We’re participating in MS Walk because we want to support our friends, family members, neighbours and co-workers who are affected by MS.

Join our team as we challenge MS and help empower more people affected by the disease to live their best lives.

If you are unable to join us at MS Walk, donate to our team’s fundraising today. Your donation will help continue to fund leading-edge research and support programs that improve the quality of life for people affected by MS.
