Myeloma has affected my family and me personally.
Two years ago, they found a 10cm tumor in my head, multiple lesions throughout my neck, spine, ribs, and hip. After chemotherapy and two bone marrow transplants at the Ottawa Hospital, I am doing much better. They have yet to find a cure for this terrible cancer however you can help!
I'm raising money in support of Myeloma Canada and The Ottawa Hospital by participating in the Ottawa-Gatineau Walk for Myeloma, Steps to a Cure! It will be held on September 23 at the Ron Kolbus Lakeside Centre in Ottawa. The start time will be 12:30. My wife and three children will also be there, feel free drop by and say hello!
