Help increase funding for eating disorders research!

According to the NIH, federal research funding for eating disorders is very limited, with only $0.93 per person affected. We need further resources for eating disorders research to help us identify strategies to prevent and cure these complex and serious mental illnesses.

The Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program (CDMRP) is a peer-reviewed program that fills research gaps by funding research projects through the Department of Defense (DoD). We are urging Congress to appropriate funds through this program to go toward novel eating disorders research, and we need your help! This research could improve eating disorders prevention and treatment, and would benefit military members and their families, as well as all individuals who are struggling with an eating disorder.
