Municipal shelters that provide animal control and where dogs, cats, puppies and kittens face imminent destruction
Other shelters where pets are euthanized as a means of population control
Areas where due to extreme overpopulation, animals face death because there’s virtually no chance of adoption
Natural disasters, including hurricanes and floods
Puppy mills that perpetuate indescribable acts of animal cruelty
