Lottery Rules and Regulations

The Ottawa Hospital Perfect Payday Staff Lottery 2023-2024 is bigger than ever! You could win up to $22,500 while making an even greater impact in the lives of our patients.

The forms below offer you the ability to purchase your tickets for the 2023-2024 draws (April 7, 2023 to March 22, 2024). You can choose to purchase your tickets via:

  • Credit card: purchase your tickets in one lump sum for the remainder of the 2023-2024 draws.
  • Payroll deduction**: ticket purchases will be deducted biweekly from your TOH payroll*

* Payroll deductions are only available to staff whose paymaster is The Ottawa Hospital. All other eligible participants (volunteers, retirees, University of Ottawa Heart Institute employees, etc.) must purchase their tickets via credit card.

**Please note, if you are already a staff lottery participant and are paying through payroll deduction, you will be automatically renewed for the 2023-2024 staff lottery. Your ticket numbers will be emailed to you prior to the first draw on April 7, 2023.

Any missed payments will make your tickets ineligible for the draw payment that was missed.
