Save The Date: May 30, 2020

Break out your best moves and dancing shoes cause the Dancing with the Docs Gala , presented by MD Financial Management, is back for another year of gyrating hips, fancy flips, and so many dips you’ll be inspired to ditch backgammon and take up ballroom.  

Each year The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) docs, nurses, and researchers trade their lab coats and scrubs for dance shoes. They each volunteer their time and have a training regimen that would make olympians and even Rocky Balboa jealous. They work with professional dance partners from Arthur Murray Dance Studio to create dazzling dance routines — all to fundraise in support of our hospital. Competing head-to-head, LIVE, in front of over 800 guests and a panel of four judges for bragging rights and to take home the coveted Medicine Ball trophy.  

Last year, a grand total of $455,156 was raised in support of cutting-edge research and care. This was the most successful Dancing with the Docs in TOH history and one of the most talked about Gala evenings in Ottawa.
