Since my own cancer diagnosis, I have walked and/or volunteered in every In Their Shoes since 2009.

I have felt the love from the staff, made life-long friends and benefited from the programs offered at the Loran Smith Center for Cancer Support at Piedmont Athens Regional. I have also witnessed the positive impact the Center has on so many cancer patients, their families and caregivers in northeast Georgia.
