The Supreme Court has now upheld the constitutionality of the Affordable Care and Patient Protection Act. In light of this news, it is time to immediately: - Stop delaying and move forward by implementing the entire Affordable Care Act here in Virginia. - Establish an exchange that will allow millions of Virginians and hundreds of Virginia small businesses to access good health care coverage at affordable prices.
