Report Fraud, Mismanagement and Abuse

The Project On Government Oversight (POGO) and the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of American (IAVA) are teaming up to help bring accountability to the Department of Veterans Affairs. If you work inside the VA and have direct knowledge of fraud, waste or abuse, please use our SecureDrop system to submit information directly to POGO. The information you submit will be encrypted, anonymous and securely stored.

IF YOU ARE A VETERAN AND WOULD LIKE TO REPORT A PROBLEM WITH YOUR HEALTHCARE, PLEASE CONTACT THE IAVA HERE.

POGO has a long history of working with individuals daring to expose corruption. Many of these individuals with whom POGO has worked choose to remain anonymous to the public and even to POGO itself.

POGO may be able to further research your concerns, bring public attention to any wrongdoing, and alert senior policy makers who can bring about change. We've been a watchdog since 1981.

POGO will work to protect your identity while trying to expose and remedy the problems you have identified. This allows the whistleblower to expose wrongdoing while lowering the risk of jeopardizing their career. Unless you have already been publicly labeled as a whistleblower, we usually do not recommend making your identity public and exposing yourself to the many risks associated with doing so.
