I'm running the Chicago Half Marathon to raise funds and awareness with the Parkinson's Champions. This is an awesome organization dedicated to raising awareness, improving care and advancing research towards a cure for those diagnosed with Parkinson's. 

I'm dedicating this race to my grandmother, Mary Ann Christ, who is currently battling Parkinson's and is a major source of strength and inspiration for me.
