Race Day Schedule: Marathon Wave 1 Start (red): 7:30 a.m. Marathon Wave 2 Start (blue): 8 a.m. Marathon Wave 3 Start (orange): 8:35 a.m. Spectator access to Grant Park begins: 9:30 a.m.

PRE-EVENT CHAMPIONS MEET UP:
Join the Parkinson's Foundation staff, volunteers, and your fellow Chicago Marathon runners at a pre-race meet up with food and drinks. Meet the team behind the emails and celebrate before you tackle 26.2 on Sunday.
Date: Saturday, 10/12/24
Time: Stop by anytime between 11:30 to 1:00 PM for catered food and to meet other runners (brief program begins around 12 PM). Alcohol will be available for purchase.

- All participants are assigned to a start corral (American Development, Corral A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M or N)
- Beginning Thursday, July 25, participants can view their preliminary start corral assignments through their participant account.
- Beginning Thursday, August 22, participants can view their final start corral assignments through their participant account.
The Bank of America Chicago Marathon has a course time limit of 6 hours and 30 minutes. After this time, the course will re-open to vehicular traffic. You must maintain a 15-minute per mile pace (approximately) or faster, completing the full marathon distance—start line to finish line—within the event time requirement.
Prohibited Devices for Chicago.
You can share the spectator information with your cheer squad. Catch us in the Charity Cheer Zone at Mile 15! We'll be there throughout the race cheering on our Parkinson's Champions.
