Welcome to My Personal Page

I am participating in Moving Day Twin Cities, benefiting the Parkinson's Foundation Minnesota Chapter, on Saturday, May 7th. As some of you know, my father Frank who is pictured, battled this disease for years before passing in 2007. He never gave up his fight while living in dignity and not wanting to be a burden to those who worked so hard to support him and make him comfortable in his journey.
Did you know that someone is diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease every 9 minutes in the United States? As nearly one million Americans and 10 million people worldwide live with Parkinson’s, the Parkinson’s Foundation makes life better for people with the disease by improving care and advancing research toward a cure.
That’s why getting the word out and raising funds for this effort is so important. With every dollar raised, we are helping the Parkinson’s Foundation provide life-changing support to people living with PD and their caregivers
After a two-year COVID hiatus, Moving Day is again gathering together, highlighting movement and exercise as a symbol of hope and progress because of its essential role in treating Parkinson’s disease.
Please consider being a part of my team or sponsoring me, and I encourage you to get your friends, family and coworkers involved. By participating in Moving Day whether in-person or from the comfort of your home, you are serving as a powerful force in the fight to end Parkinson’s disease (PD) and we appreciate your continued support through this unprecedented time. Parkinson’s does not rest, and neither will we until we fulfill our mission to create a world without Parkinson’s.
Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal, our team goal and most importantly for supporting the vital work of the Parkinson's Foundation. Jim
