In the United States, nearly 90,000 people are diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease (PD) every year, adding to the one million people who currently have PD.

Unfortunately, a few months ago, my husband, our Dad, and my Pop, Bruce, was one of those to receive the devastating diagnosis. Bruce is a pillar of strength, fortitude, hope and faith. He continues to fight each day through exercise and a great mental attitude, to keep himself fit and slow the progression of the disease. 

Please support Bruce and all those with PD by donating to our team, Waxmans Never Give Up! for the local Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day walk, the first nationwide grassroots campaign that spotlights the disease on a national level and gives the chance to raise awareness and funds in our own community.
