The Chase Family Movement Disorder Team is committed to empowering all people with Parkinson’s disease to do the things they love, extend their freedom of movement and enhance their quality of life. We are proud to partner with the Parkinson’s Foundation to help organize Connecticut’s VERY first Moving Day! Please feel free to Join the HHC Chase PD Pacers Team on September 30th for a day of movement, connection and inspiration!
