Freedom Martial Arts & Fitness, Inc. & Parkinson's Disease
Freedom Martial Arts & Fitness, Inc. is commited to fighting PD through it's Rock Steady Boxing program. Rock Steady Boxing is a health and wellness program designed for those with Parkinson’s Disease. We incorporate boxing principles and techniques in a non-contact format, with various exercises and activities for the purpose of reducing the severity of symptoms of Parkinson’s disease and improving overall quality of life.
Our owner and head coach, Adam N. Parth knows about PD first hand, as his father was diagnoised in 2009 and is the reason he started the RSB program at Freedom Martial Arts & Fitness. For more information visit www.freedomRSB.com or contact us at 323-686-4017
