Hi Everyone! Welcome to my Donation Page!
When I was 16, my father Tom Pajda, the strongest and most incredible man I know, was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Parkinson's Disease is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by constant tremors, limb rigidity, loss of movement, and many other debilitating symptoms. The pain I experience seeing him suffer isn't even comparable to the pain he goes through every single day. I have shed countless tears and sent up so many prayers begging for relief from this disease. Last year, my dad even underwent Deep Brain Stimulation surgery to help with the management of his Parkinson's symptoms. It helped with his symptoms tremendously, however it is still not a cure. The cause of Parkinson's is unknown, a cure for Parkinson's is unknown, and the future of Parkinson's is still unknown. But right now, I'm working to change that!
I have joined the fight to beat Parkinson's by participating in Moving Day DFW, benefiting the Parkinson's Foundation.
Please make a donation today! Your gift will support the Parkinson's Foundation mission to improve care and advance research toward a cure.
Thank you for joining the fight against Parkinson's!
