My aunt Melva Young has touched so many lives, inspired and supported so many individual in the greater Silver spring area. for the over 40 years that she has lived in the area.  She was an ardent member of the Clifton Park Baptist Church where  many witnessed the practical outpouring of her generous  spirit.  She supported many strangers and family members. Since her diagnosis with this disease this has presented challenges to her and the immediate family.  It is quite difficult to adjust one’s mind and come to the realization about the impact of this disease on her frail body and its ravishing effect.  Accepting the  impact has been quite difficult for all and it appears like a dream. Life has not been the same so let’s  give her roses while she’s still here with us. More  importantly let’s  show up and show out . She still prays and encourage others. She has good days and some not so good days.  Auntie Mel say thanks in advance, your support is tremendously appreciated. 

She is a nurturer by nature and a CNA my profession, so it just comes naturally for her to take care of everybody else but herself, she’s more of the behind-the-scenes type of person, very humble and strong at heart,  thank you for showing out on her behalf.
