In 2018, my personal physician noticed some changes in my facial expressions and movements. He suggested I see a specialist, and what started out as a routine physical, turned into a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.

Since my diagnosis, with a dedicated team that includes physicians, my sparring partners and trainers with PD Gladiators, and most importantly my friends and family, we have tackled this new normal.

Together we are looking to help the Parkinson’s Foundation which provides care, respite, and life changing research for those living with Parkinson’s Disease.

On October 17, 2020 we will be taking part in the Parkinson’s Foundation’s Atlanta Moving Day Walk and hope that you’ll take part as a member of Team Mindel.
