Moving for Pops!

Many of you know, my father has Parkinson's Disease. He is a rockstar and incredible role model. He has taken this diagnosis very well and stays active to suppress it. My mom has also been amazing through this time by supporting him and learning how to be the best partner through this time. Through these education classes and seminars, they reconnected with my second grade teacher, Mrs. Meriwether. She has, unfortunately, not fared as well as my father, but she's still the same sweet, wonderful soul that taught me over twenty years ago.
Recently, I have focused more on fitness as staying active is a great way to suppress this disease. Please join me in exercising to show support for this wonderful education. If you feel called to give, it would mean the world to those that research for better treatment options and provide opportunities for seminars on how to live better with this disease.
Much love, Pops!
John
