Scouts for Jeff
Welcome to our Troop 66 - Scouts for Jeff Moving Day® Team Page!
Many of you might not know who Jeff Cantor is but he is a former leader of Troop 66. Both of his sons became Eagle and Jeff has always been around to help if we needed it. Now it is our turn to help Jeff.
Last year, the Troop participated in the Moving Day by helping to run and organize the event day and even got involved in playing instruments as a way to show how moving can be walking, running or just moving our arms.
This year due to Covid, there will not be a large event day in the park but instead, we will be forming a team and moving in any way we can to support Jeff and the millions who have this debilitating disease.
In the United States, 50,000-60,000 new cases of Parkinson’s disease (PD) are diagnosed each year, adding to the one million people who currently have PD.
Join our team for the local Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day walk, the first nationwide grassroots campaign that spotlights the disease on a national level and gives the chance to raise awareness and funds in our own community. Your support will help us continue improving the quality of care for those living with Parkinson’s disease.

Thank you for supporting us and the vital work of the Parkinson’s Foundation.
