On Saturday, January 14th InstaPhysique is hosting two separate in-studio classes at 1:00pm to raise funds and awareness with the Parkinson's Foundation. Sign up for either the Megaformer or Bounce class, and donate to improve care for those living with Parkinson's and advance research toward a cure.
