Join us for the Riverkeeper EcoSalon: Greening Post-Sandy New York

Greening Post-Sandy New York, Riverkeeper’s fifth EcoSalon event, will feature a panel discussion on New York’s Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts, one year after the storm. Guests are invited to engage in a spirited discussion about the lessons of Sandy and the challenges and opportunities involved in protecting our shoreline communities, infrastructure, energy supplies, economy and environment from future storms.

Ambassador John Negroponte will moderate a distinguished panel of experts, including Director of New York City's Office of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability Sergej Mahnovski; New York City Deputy Commissioner and Chief Energy Management Officer Kristin Barbato; Architecture Research Office Principal Kim Yao, AIA; and Paul Gallay, President and Hudson Riverkeeper.
