Health and Safety Acknowledgement:
The health and safety of our participants, staff and volunteers is our top priority. To provide a safe and inclusive environment for all during YES Day for Autism event on Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021, SARRC will implement the following COVID-19 safety strategies:
Contactless registration for pre-registered participants.
YES Day for Autism vendor booths, food trucks and activities will be safely distanced from one another, including seating and other areas where participants may gather
Masks are highly encouraged for unvaccinated attendees
Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations will be available throughout the event
Volunteers, staff and vendors working within in the Carnival Zone and within 6-8ft of the children in this area
Staff and volunteers will follow strict sanitization and cleaning procedures
*Masks are encouraged, but not required in areas that a participant may not be able to socially distance.
We would like to remind all attendees that if they are experiencing any symptoms of sickness to stay home. This includes any individual that is considered high risk or has close contact with someone who falls in this category.
