Paul was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2015. Since then, he went through three brain surgeries, 2 rounds of radiation, too many rounds of Avastin chemo to count, an eye surgery, chemo pills, and hyperbaric oxygen treatments. Unfortunately, the effects of treatment along the brain stem became too much and Paul passed away in May 2023 at the young age of 38. It means a lot to me that we've had so much support for Paul over the last few years from awesome friends and family. 

You can participate by running (or walking) along with us, by helping me spread the word about this fundraising event, or by making a donation toward our fundraising effort. If you're not a runner, don't worry, many folks will be walking! Many participants are brain tumor patients who are just happy to be alive and happy to be able to participate in this event.

Just so you know, the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation is recognized as as a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization and as a public charity. Donations to the SBTF in support of my fundraising efforts are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Your support will have a positive impact on the life of a brain tumor patient because it generates awareness about this disease and will help to fund much needed brain tumor research.
