The Zoological Society of San Diego is a not-for-profit organization that operates the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and San Diego Zoo Global Wildlife Conservancy. Tax ID #95-1648219.

I authorize the monthly automatic transfer of the amount I selected above from my credit card to the Zoological Society of San Diego (ZSSD). This authorization shall remain in effect until I notify the ZSSD in writing (San Diego Zoo, P.O. Box 120551, San Diego, CA 92112-0551 or by email at wildlifeconservancy@sandiegozoo.org) that I wish to stop or change my automatic monthly giving and the ZSSD and my bank have had reasonable time to act on my notification. I will notify the ZSSD promptly of any changes to my credit card. I understand that each monthly donation will be recorded on my credit card statement. Each month, I will receive a statement summarizing my donation monthly contribution. For tax purposes, the statement will indicate any benefits I may have received in return for my donation and their fair market value, and the tax-deductible portion will be my donation less the fair market value.
