Bib Transfer & Waivers
Ready to Register?
Secure online registration is provided by Blackbaud. There are no service fees to register online.
To transfer your bib, please send in the Transfer Form, along with a $20 transfer fee, postmarked by April 4, 2014. We will also be accepting bib transfers at packet pickup on Saturday, May 3 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Please bring your Transfer Form along with a $20 transfer fee.
No refunds are available, with the following exception: Active duty military members who are unable to participate because they are being deployed may receive a refund less a $15 processing fee. Email your request with a copy of your orders to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than April 4, 2014.
We apologize, but we are unable to make any other exceptions.
Notice of Restrictions
The Half Marathon will have a time limit of 3 hours (13 min. 45 sec mile pace). The 10K will have a time limit of 90 minutes (15 minute mile pace) PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE RACE IF YOU CANNOT MEET THE TIME RESTRICTION. Absolutely NO baby joggers, strollers, bicycles, roller skates, Rollerblades, skateboards or other wheeled vehicles will be allowed on the Half Marathon course. For your safety and the safety of your fellow participants, iPods, MP3 players or similar devices are not allowed during the race.
For the safety of our guests and animal collection, items not allowed on grounds include: non ZSSD provided alcoholic beverages, any animals other than service animals, including "release" doves or butterflies, scattering of rice, artificial flower petals, certain live flower petals or confetti of any kind, bubbles, balloons, decorative marbles, balls, frisbees, hackey sacks, hula hoops, bicycles, scooters, tricycles, riding toys of any kind, bug nets, plastic bug keeper containers, cap guns, noisemakers, toys that make loud noises, fireworks, glass bottles, jump ropes, knives, weapons, lawn chairs, plants, roller blades, skates, skateboards, roller shoes, throw away lids and straws, AM/FM radios, scanners, portable TVs, laser pointers, whistles and yo-yos. Any presents brought onto ZSSD premises must have ribbons securely attached. ZSSD reserves the right to reattach and/or remove ribbons that pose a danger to animal safety.
