| In the event you receive cash or cheque donations, fill out a Pledge Form and mail a cheque, for the total amount, to: The Sunshine Foundation of Canada 100-300 Wellington St. London, Ontario N6B 2L5 Donations over $20.00 will not receive a tax receipt unless we have all of their contact information. To be eligible for incentive prizing, all donations must be received by the Sunshine offices in London, ON by 5pm on Tuesday August 31, 2021. |
