Transforming our worldthrough nonviolent action
On June 23rd & 24th, Secretary of State John Kerry will meet with his Chinese counterparts, State Councilor Yang Jiechi and Vice Premier Wang Yang for the seventh round of the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue in Washington, DC.
The situation in Tibet remains critical and Chinese authorities are escalating their attacks on the Tibetan people.
We must seize this opportunity to urge Secretary Kerry to raise Tibet as a priority issue and demonstrate to the Chinese government that Tibet is an integral part of the US-China relations as are basic universal values of human rights and dignity.
TAKE ACTION NOW! Send a letter urging Secretary Kerry to publicly and vigorously raise Tibet at the US-China Dialogue.
