Help Fill the Shelves at Phoenix Area Food Banks

Hunger is one of the greatest threats to our community but together we can help. Every year during National Library Week, Phoenix Public Library sponsors a food drive in partnership with St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance.  This year the need is greater than ever. Children are out of school and cut off from supplemental feeding programs, people are being laid off from their jobs, and our most vulnerable community members are in need of food assistance.

Due to our temporary closure, we are unable to accept food donations at local libraries -  so we are asking you to support St. Mary’s Foodbank Alliance by making an online donation during our Fill The Shelves Campaign April 19-25, 2020. Together we can ease hunger in the Valley. Please consider making your donation below today.

  • Every dollar you donate provides enough food for 7 meals.
  • Cut your Arizona state taxes up to $800 with the Charitable Tax Credit - Qualifying Organization Code is 20208.

Donate to St. Mary's Food Bank and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit through your Arizona tax return.  Individuals can receive up to $400 and couples filing jointly can receive up to $800.
