Like many of you, I have dealt with a family member struggling with Dementia. Seeing my Mom change before my eyes, from the strong, self-sufficient person she had always been, was sooo difficult and sad! 

For years I did a major fundraiser every year to try to give back to those who couldn't help themselves. Unfortunately Covid put a stop to that, so I am trying to get back on track with this walk. 

Both Dementia and Alzheimers numbers are climbing dramatically, and need more funding to help those currently struggling. So I will be participating in the Walk for Dementia happening on Sunday, September 24.
