Our team is commited to raise funds for the 24,000 people living with dementia, their caregivers and families in Ottawa and Renfrew County. Will you please help us reach our fundraising goal?
With your help we can:
- Connect people living with dementia and their caregivers to programs, resources, information, and each other;
- Fund programs that help people living with dementia stay active, get social and enjoy meaningful lives;
- Raise awareness of how to prevent dementia and improve lives by creating a dementia-friendly community.
