Last year, the BrainyActive Challenge raised over $118,000 which has allowed us to continue to introduce new educational and recreational programming designed to engage and support our community.
On Father’s Day, Sunday, June 20th, 2021, the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County will launch the 2nd Annual BrainyActive Challenge. BrainyActive introduces an important and hopeful message: we can take action to prevent and delay the onset of dementia.
Join the Dementia Society BrainyActive Challenge this September by doing a brain-boosting activity every day for 30 days and help us ensure that no one faces dementia alone in Ottawa and Renfrew County.
Need help picking your BrainyActive Challenge? No need to be overwhelmed. Just pick one thing from our dementia risk factors and pick a category that works for you.
Then start the BrainyActive Challenge—your opportunity to start a new braintastic habit this September to fight dementia, while helping people living with dementia in Ottawa and Renfrew County.
Help us to reach our goal of $125,000. Every dollar counts to ensure people living with dementia in our region and the people who care for them receive the support, education and programming needed to live well with dementia.
The Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County would like to thank this year's sponsors.
