If you are dissatisfied by the service, actions, or lack of action by Threads of Life as an organization or a staff member or volunteer acting on behalf of Threads of Life, you may file your complaint verbally (by phone or in person) or in writing (by mail, fax, email) to the employee or volunteer with whom you have your primary relationship with Threads of Life. All complaints received by Threads of Life staff will be handled according to the Complaints Policy and Procedure.
