Adopt Calloway, a threatened southern sea otter
Calloway’s Story
Calloway is a southern sea otter, a threatened species found along the central coast of California. When Calloway was rescued, she was malnourished from being separated from her mother too soon. The Center, with support from our partners, nursed Calloway back to health.
Thanks to dedicated recovery efforts, sea otters seem to be making a comeback. The Center is an important partner in recovery efforts, providing a critical space for rehabilitation of sick and injured sea otters.
This special adoption package includes a plush sea otter, as well as the paperback book A Raft of Sea Otters--great for young readers who want to learn more about the lives of otters.
