Join us for the 2024 Tour des Trees as we cycle through New England, promoting and teaching people about proper tree care and the importance of tree research.
The Tour des Trees is a multiday, supported bike tour with riders spending up to five days riding from Stamford, CT, around Martha’s Vineyard, and finishing in Providence, RI, engaging with communities and raising funds for TREE Fund.
One, two, three, four, or five -day ride options are available and riders will raise funds for each day they ride. The total mileage over the five days totals over 425 miles!
In addition to riding bikes and having fun, riders will also be ambassadors for TREE Fund and for tree science; stopping at various spots along the way and spreading the word about the importance of trees and tree care.
All riders will create an online fundraising page to help them towards their fundraising goal. Riders will also be able to reserve a custom bike jersey and other gear which will make them the envy of their cycling friends. Hotels and meals are provided, as well as sag support along the route.
VIRTUAL TOUR DES TREES AT HOME
Can’t make ride with us this year but still want to be a part of the event and support TREE Fund? Sign up for our Virtual Tour des Trees at home and do the Tour your way on your own time.
To participate, register for Virtual Tour des Trees at home, ride, walk, run, or swim 425 miles, and raise money on your fundraising page. Track your miles on your fundraising page via the Strava app. Registered participants that complete their miles and hit $425 or $1,000 fundraising levels will receive custom apparel!
Registration is $50 and there are no penalties for not reaching your riding or fundraising goals. Miles and fundraising must be complete by August 30.
