Group Training Sessions

We offer group training sessions led by certified strength and conditioning coaches. The coaches continually evaluate the athlete’s movement patterns and provide instruction while supervising specific exercises with proper repetitions, resistance and rest.

Summer Performance Training Groups

Registration is open for these limited capacity programs where young athletes can learn how to perform strength and conditioning activities to reduce the risk of injury and improve performance.
All training occurs in the sports performance training areas at:
     Scottish Rite for Children Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center
     5700 Dallas Parkway, Frisco, Texas 75034
Participants may not have a current injury, may not be currently under medical care for a condition that affects his or her movement or safety in the program. These programs are not a substitute for physical therapy or formal rehabilitation.
