DAVID J. KUNDTZ was a priest for 18 years and is currently an author and psychotherapist with a 20-year counseling practice in Berkeley. He is an adjunct faculty member of the Pacific School of Religion and a member of the Bay Area advisory board of the Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion and Ministry. He earned his S.Th.D. from San Francisco Theological Seminary.
BERNARD S. SCHLAGER is director of national programming for the Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion and Ministry at Pacific School of Religion, where he is also an adjunct professor. Schlager is a consultant to private foundations on issues relating to LGBTQ people of faith and is founding director of the Bay Area Coalition of Welcoming Congregations. He received his Ph.D. from Yale University.
