Additional Information About Your Gift

Only 80 percent of contributions entitling a donor to purchase athletic event seating may be treated as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes, according to the Internal Revenue Code. In addition, the 80 percent portion is only tax deductible to the extent it exceeds the value of any additional benefits received. For 100 percent tax deductibility, any benefits much be declined at the time of a contribution. If you wish to waive athletic seating points for this gift, please type YES in the following box.
