Tell USDA Secretary Vilsack: Prioritize Healthy Food

After years of delay, the Farm Bill finally passed in Congress. But we're not done yet!

The bill now lands on the desk of the Secretary of Agriculture, Tom Vilsack, and he'll be in charge of directing how Farm Bill programs are carried out. Much of the detail regarding the scope and focus of these programs—including farmers market promotion, crop insurance, and critical agriculture research—is within his discretion.

As the Farm Bill moves forward, urge Secretary Vilsack to maximize the potential of Farm Bill programs to prioritize healthy food, and build a better food and farm future.
