On July 20-21, I will be riding nearly 200km to raise funds for hospice care on Vancouver Island.

I truly believe in the important work being done in hospices across Vancouver Island. Hospices provide compassionate end-of-life palliative care, counseling, bereavement support, and at-home care to over 12,000 patients and family members each year. Despite the value of their services, none are fully funded by the health care system. The care and comfort they provide is only possible because of generous community support.

Hospice is very close to my heart, and we may have had loved ones who have been comforted by Hospice. Supporting Hospice, will ensure it is available for our loved ones, or even us during our lifetime.

I’ve promised to raise at least $1,000 to help keep Vancouver Island hospice care in motion, and I need your support.
