This July 20-21st, join my Dad and me as we embark on an epic two-day 200km cycling tour around the South Island with an overnight camping stay on Saltspring Island. We’re not just pedaling for the challenge; we’re riding to support the essential hospice care services on Vancouver Island - services that make a profound difference during life’s most delicate transitions. 

Why This Matters to Us:

My Grandpa (My Dad's father), was placed in Hospice Care at Peace Arch Hospital where he bravely battled Melanoma and Alzheimer’s disease. The hospice team were incredibly compassionate in making him and my Grandma feel comfortable during those difficult days.

Witnessing the impact of Hospice Care gave me a glimpse into the world my wife navigates daily as a palliative care physician. Her dedication to providing end of life care to both her patients and their families is nothing short of heroic. This ride is my tribute to her unwavering commitment and the incredible work she and her colleagues perform.
