Welcome to Keith's page!!
This July 20th and 21st, I will be riding my road-bike (Jake The Snake!) with this motley crew, the Comox Valley Hospice Cyclepaths nearly 200km to raise money and awareness Hospice care in the Comox Valley.
Vancouver Island hospices provide end-of-life palliative care, counseling, bereavement support, and at-home care to over 12,000 patients and family members each year. Despite the value of their services, none are fully funded by the health care system. The care and comfort they provide is only possible because of generous community support. If you haven't had the chance to share in the support of someone in Hospice Care I'm thankful for that. If you have, then you already know it's immense value and likely understand why we're doing this.
Hospice has been good to my family and friends, and one day we may need them too. One way or another I've committed to raise $10,000.00, to help keep Vancouver Island hospice care in motion, and support Hospice in the Comox Valley but I need your help. I'll provide the pedal power and you provide a pledge! When I look at my donor page, it reminds me how truly lucky I am and how many amazing people are with me in supporting the essential work of our friends at Hospice.
Every donation, no matter how much makes a big difference and you will receive a tax-receipt right away. Simply click on the donate now to make your donation today!
Thank you for your generosity and kindness. Stay RAD!
Keith
