Hello Friends,

  We all know someone who has accessed hospice services or may need their help in the future.  It is a cause near and dear to my heart, having experienced their support when my uncle passed 8 years ago.  It helped ease the pain of a difficult time and I won't forget it.

The need for Hospice services has not decreased.  People still needed the resources offered by our Vancouver Island Hospice network which includes end-of-life care, but also grief counselling, in-home equipment to help people stay in their home as long as possible and much more

My team (Oceanside Wheelers) this year has 10 cycling members, and several 'virtual' members who are raising funds for Oceanside Hospice Society through this ride.  It is organised by the Victoria Hospice Society, but  all the funds our team raises go directly to our local Oceanside Hospice Society.
