On July 20-21,2024  I will again be riding nearly 200km to raise funds for hospice care on Vancouver Island. The last 2 years I have volunteered at the event and have been inspired to ride again and test out my new bike.

I truly believe in the important work being done in hospices across Vancouver Island. Hospices provide compassionate end-of-life palliative care, counseling, bereavement support, and at-home care to over 12,000 patients and family members each year. Despite the value of their services, none are fully funded by the health care system. The care and comfort they provide is only possible because of generous community support.

I’ve promised to raise at least $1,000 to help keep Vancouver Island hospice care in motion, and I need your support. All funds raised by my Oceanside team will stay in Oceanside Hospice.
