  • All the Way Home™: You can help end homelessness among veterans in Maine
    by donating to our veterans programs that help veterans re-establish their lives in the community.
  • Aging with Options™: You can help older Americans celebrate the joy of living by donating to our senior services programs that create a sustained, trusted relationship with support systems that allow our elders to age at home―wherever that may be.
  • Camp POSTCARD: Change the life of a child by sending them Camp POSTCARD, which provides an innovative and successful substance-abuse and crime-prevention program for at-risk youth through direct involvement with, and mentoring by, law enforcement and criminal justice professionals.
  • CA$H Maine Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program: You can help low- to moderate-income Mainers make the most of their money by donating to this program that provides free tax preparation and access to financial community resources.
  • Community Mediation Services: Keep peacemaking a viable alternative for those in need -- people, groups, and communities. Help people resolve conflict through mediation, a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in which a trained, impartial mediator helps two or more parties resolve their differences and negotiate a fair agreement.
  • Annual Fund. Annual giving is a key source of expendable support that impacts virtually everything at Volunteers of America. It also lets us address opportunities or emergencies quickly when your help will make the most important difference in peoples’ lives. 
  • Endowment Fund. We’ve been around since 1896 and will be around for as long as we’re needed. Your gift to our Endowment Fund will help secure the future financial health of Volunteers of America Northern New England for years to come.
  • Angel Fund. The Angel Fund is an internal grant-making fund for our programs. The goal of Angel Fund grants is to provide our programs with the opportunity to do something innovative and life changing that may not be covered by other grants or donations.
  • Capital Fund. Your gift to our Capital Fund will be applied it to our future building projects like affordable senior housing and homeless veterans housing.
  • Special Program of your choice. Do you have a dream about changing lives or your community for the better? We will work with you to allow your gift to create/support a program that is special to you.
