Join us for the 16th Annual Run4Life 5K & Family Fun Run on November 4, 2023!

Run4Life is an event for the whole family with 5K and 1 Mile courses and a Children's Fun Run, all while supporting cancer patients in our community.

Register as an individual, join a team, or start a team with your friends, family, or colleagues to run on Greenville’s favorite course through two of Greenville’s favorite parks:

Since its start, the mission of the Run4Life 5K and Family Fun run has remained the same - to run against cancer by raising funds for research and support groups for those with cancer, survivors, and their families. By taking part in Run4Life, you help us continue to find cures for cancer and honor the legacy of Caine Halter and all who have been affected by cancer right here at home.

Each dollar raised through Run4Life is invested locally and sends a strong message of encouragement and hope to those continuing to battle cancer in our community. Please help us to push forward to make a remarkable difference in the fight against cancer here at home.
