Recognizing movement's profound impact on PD, RSB proudly supports Moving Day, the nation's largest network of community events raising awareness and funds to help fight this disease. With over one million Americans affected by PD, RSB is deeply committed to this cause.

At Rock Steady Boxing, our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with Parkinson’s disease through a non-contact, boxing-based fitness curriculum. Moving Day, emphasizing exercise's proven benefits for Parkinson's symptoms, provides an ideal platform for us to raise awareness and collaborate with organizations and individuals dedicated to serving the PD community. Through our partnership with the Parkinson's Foundation Moving Day and the wider PD community, we aim to make a meaningful difference and ensure that individuals with PD receive the support they need.
